I should have said "jerk" chicken. I had to put some more jerk BBQ on it. Overall it came out delicious.
Brined in salt and sugar then pineapple juice for 2 days. Then rubbed with Jerk seasoning and finally BBQ sauce.

Poignant question. There was an insert in the packaging from the company, and it said that they are vacuum sealed, and that they will last about a year refrigerated, except the cheese curds which need to be eaten immediately. My son & I already ripped those open and had a couple. The rest is refrigerated. Knock 1 out about every month.
