Any shoe fanatics in here remember when the 2000s was the peak of bootleg Jordans that came from bogus websites or swap meets? What's worse about these fools is that they're recognizable rappers wearing them.



 

Thanks for sharing that one because that's so 2000s. I vaguely recall that site. But I believe they sold legitimate stuff that was in stores during that period.

I believe it was a site or sites with a different name that sold the variant colors. I think they stopped making bootleg colors after the 2000s.

Our posts made me think about the differences with fake shoes predicated on periods. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the bootlegs in the 2000s had the variant colors, whereas I assume the more recent bootlegs are replicas of popular release or highly coveted shoes.
