I was referring to both, mainly the chi-town like nonsense. It's not on the level of Chi but they're trying so hard here. And I mean really trying. But certain things that are tolerated amongst gangs here wouldn't be tolerated in real gang cities. For example, wearing a red flag but have on blue shoes. It's really ABC gangs trying so hard to be hard. Completely caught up.
