4. Dont be cheap people, dont cause ruckus.... you can only pay CASH because it isnt in your name.......

i bet $10 that these questions get asked even though i post this....

those "tips" are usually $10-$20 per shoe, cheap people try and get 3 or 4 shoes and only "tip" $20. but who in their right mind riskstheir job for $20.
