For those crying about Kobe Bryant trying so hard to get all star mvp...

Even so, there is not MVP awarded to the losing team, without Durant's ice water veins in the 4th, the West would have lost, and with Lebron's surge in the 4th quarter, he would have taken that MVP.
Kobe had a great game, and he exhausted himself but with a loss, that MVP would not be his.
Just saying that KD should have gotten recognition as well.
But it's all in fun, don't know why people take the All-Star game seriously. It's fun and entertaining, the only time you could actually cheer and clap for amazing plays from everyone.

just for your future refernce op, using history is not a good way to argue that Kobe didn't try to win all-star game MVP in Los Angeles. He was one FGA shory of the record, so thanks for that stat.
