Took me all day to find a legit seller. What is with this release and most of the frag resellers being so shady?

Tapped at $720.

what's wack about it.. you could watch the pairs online disappear while they sold in-store...

Usually you see about a dozen auctions for a release on ebay for size 11. there are literally like 4 legit auctions commanding at least $850.

Can't even find anyone who scored at blends, KicksLA or undftd to sell me an 11.

oh well didnt have high expectations anyway..

Why all of that instead of just releasing more shoes lol

The thing is, its super clear sneaker heads still want limited shoes for their status.
Everyone jumps through hoops to try to come up with different ways to shuffle out limited number of shoes instead of just, welpwhy not make more

no incentive to resell
everyone can buy
company makes more money per release
no more site crashes
no incentive to buy atc/bots
People not in major cities actually have a chance

I would add make less Jordan 1 Mids and all those goofy looking Hybrids and Jordan Flights that NOBODY buys. The sheer number of Jordan 1 Mids vs Jordan 1 Highs is just laughable.

With Jordan 1 Highs, JB is like: "These are hard to make. Limited release. Sorry Bros."

With Jordan 1 Mids, JB is like: "LOLOL WE ARE GONNA MAKE EVERY SINGLE COLORWAY IMAGINABLE LOLOL!!!!!11!!"

You would think no one buys the mids. They make up for majority of sales from JB. These limited releases don't compete with the numbers of Team or hybrids. But it keeps the ball moving

Dang, youre good for the year if you were able to scoop up Red Octobers...

Let the rest of us cook :lol

Just sayin

Well the year is almost over so I gotta get prepared for next year now lol ps I think I saw you said you help others secure a pair of Frags but I have no clue on the background story... Care to fill me in? Haha

Marketing guys can tell you why. Im tired of explaining this in every limited release thread
I am a marketing guy. I know why lol. But people always never just admit, theres not much you can do when a good chunk only want the shoe because its limited produce too many more and they sit.

Also in response to reselling

Don't even bother trying to try to tell people what and what not to spend on these.

Sneakers as a hobby to BEGIN with doesn't make any damn sense from a financial perspective, even as an investment lol.

Let people spend on what they like, if they go broke or if their comfortable we know nothing outside of their Username and pics of their shoes lol, more important, not our business.

To this day, most I ever spent on a pair of shoes via resell is $360. Looks like that's about to change. :x :{

Was debating whether to cop these first or the pantone/gift of flight pack. I figured though that over time the price of these would rise due to scarcity whereas the gift of flights should drop as people find it harder and harder to deal with the XX9s.

What a ridiculous release. I don't know about the States but here in Europe it seemed like the released only some dozens of pairs. No chance... Anyway I thought the black fragment logo would have looked much better than what they actually released.

Nike had limited shoes back in the day, isn't Nikes fault everyone and their mother wants to be a reseller or a sneakerhead. Best way to end all this foolishness is to change store policies and reinvent sneaker websites. Making reselling sneakers taxable also.

ur thinking way too hard about this. nike just needs to produce more pairs. THE END.

The GM pairs still have the black logo.
