Knew this guy ever since he opened his shop last year I believe but I would say he's reliable since he owns the highest tier shop for a boutique shop, usually gets everything (Fear 5s, Bred 1s last year etc)

Would try to stay away from pre-orders because there are a lot of fakes floating around i.e. fragment 1's with the fragment logo filled in with the black outline, however I do know that stores in HK have already received their shipment of Fragment 1's and there aren't too many pairs. Might be looking at royal release numbers.
