Would try to stay away from pre-orders because there are a lot of fakes floating around i.e. fragment 1's with the fragment logo filled in with the black outline, however I do know that stores in HK have already received their shipment of Fragment 1's and there aren't too many pairs. Might be looking at royal release numbers.

off top of my head i dont know any that get shoes constantly.

There is one particular one that gets posted around NT quite a bit. A member knows the guy or something but yah they say he is legit as they come so many people have bought off him before.
