it does make sense. They did this on purpose to get their name/product out there for free basically knowing dang well they would cancel orders and only send out a few orders.. Plus now they have a huge email list to spam deals to entice you even more. Marketing at its best.

Can you imagine the amount of people the actually said screw it and bought some at full price
 
You know what, I think they took my shipping and handling but I never got sent one. Will have to check my bank account.
