what it means with that is, as of recently, not sure exactly when, foot locker stores can actually receive House of hoops shoes in shipments. Anexample is say a HOH PE of foamposite lite's came out. HOH store just sitting on them, if you work @ a store contact the right HOH @ right time, you couldactually get those on your shelves to try to sell. Down to it, NIKE & FOOT LOCKER tryin to profit as much as possible. can't sell an exclusive in mainmarket, try all other markets.
Don't quote me on it, but i believe Kobe Hyperdunks are an example, not sure though, Just a guess cuz i know not many Foot Locker's originally receivedthem.

Didnt some one already confirm his spot isnt excluding the griffs? Does that exclusion list apply to all stores? I thought everystore is different

Some stores may let it slide as oppose to other stores. I've heard of that happening.
