I spoke to HT again and they waived the shipping fee and included 20% off my final order when it ships. I guess its better than nothing.

Basically they told me that their is an issue at one of the warehouse. He can't promise when they will ship, but many people's orders from Oct 1 - Oct 15 are having delays. I'm guessing the 2nd warehouse is new or something and they're trying to catch up to these orders. Guess we just got to be patient. Hopefully they can get you some sort of discount on your order too.
