I can’t do preorders from these small shops anymore, it’s too much of a headache.

It definitely takes some trial and error, and obviously the Jordan one brought a lot of new eyes to it, but yea I remember especially being lured by the low prices that Wild Card Toys was advertising, you convince yourself you can wait it out but then it just gets to be too long and of course it starts to be too good to be true. Took a chance with Circle City for the Caddyshack & Jaws sets, and so far its looking good that they're already sending out MJs, so hopefully there's at least one spot that can be trusted. BigApple is probably off the list too with their release date shenanigans
