FX' Fargo Sunday 10PM ET : Season 4 Episode 8 "The Nadir" Starring Chris Rock 11/08/20

Wasn't as action packed as I had hoped but the acting was top notch. Kirsten Dunst acted her nutty butt off

Good season overall, looking like season 3 is gonna be full of Hanzee since he becomes a boss in Fargo somehow with that new identity

Very dope way to end this season. Loved the soundtrack throughout. They had me though, main plot and climax happened like 30 min in to it. I was like what we gonna do for the rest of this 45 min? :lol

I wasn't happy with the endings for Lou and Mike. Mike got that Marlo ending but way more depressing in a way. Organized crime fully treated like a corporate business. Son doing a 9 to 5 out of a box with a view. Then Lou, it was a great story he told about evacuating at the end of Vietnam but what happened never lined up with what the Lou in S1 said happened. He never posted up on his front porch with his rifle protecting his fam all night.

I got spoiled about Todd's death when Plemmons was on a talk show last week but he did have a really good ending and talk to Peg too. They were just different ppl.

Hanzee a true beast. Change his face, possibly start his own empire, maybe wage war on Kansas city? And for what? I wonder what he did to those 2 bullies. If it was just scars/disfigurement or if he killed them.

I feel like Danson's character was half way lying about the language. I think he created a universal language and then started communicating with aliens :lol

Peg grew on me. I liked that she lived. I don't like that she's going to prison. I mean killing the Gehardt kid was involuntary manslaughter at best. Todd killing him and discarding of the body is more like being an accomplice after the fact. Then there's fleeing from police under duress, obstruction, kidnapping Dodd under duress, torturing Dodd, gun butting that one detective, and just some more fleeing

Good ending though. I'd say overall there's maybe a few more things I love about this season than S1 but I still hold that one up cuz of the character performances.

Solid finale. Last 30 min or so were a bit meh. Amazing season overall.

I gotta watch season one man :o

Ima need a Milligan update in the next season ....and I knew the aliens were there just to throw ppl off :lol

Weren't there some deaf goons in season 1?

Finale was meh, to me. Maybe because I was browsing nt while watching but it was ok.

Like someone said, the dust settled pretty fast and there was still a lot of episode left.

I loved the finale

I thought it put every character into perspective

Milligan's desk job shows he really doesn't have anything to fight for now that the Gerhardts have been taken out, I also enjoyed the dream sequence with the characters from Season 1

I enjoyed the finale too.  Didn't catch the Tripoli reference till after the episode, while reading the feedback online!

Kinda want to rewatch S1 now!

Anyway, hate Peggy or not, Kirsten did a fine job, in my opinion.

Also... all of Betsey's scenes make me so sad...

And Mike's ultimate end... aside from Marlo, also reminded me of Vic Mackey from The Shield.

Dunst was fantastic. Thought her acting was better than everyone else for the season to be honest...

What is this Moses Tripoli mention?

I remember his name being said near the end but I'm lost on what's the connection or I forgot.

EDIT

Never mind, I remember now from last night.

That connection was a REACH :lol You expect me to believe Hanzee got a a full body surgery to make himself a pale fat white guy? Did he get new vocal chords too to speak differently? New hair?

Plus I'm just suppose to believe he got so old and fat that Malvo easily guns him down when he kills everybody? Even an older Hanzee showdown with Malvo should've been epic.
