i also found myself skipping the initial conversation at dinner bc i knew where it was headed and it went exactly like i thought. 

also dont think bc dudes are pro athletes they only dealing with 8, 9's and dimes bc they are not. Van homegirl is a very believable character.

I dealt with an average chick that would brag about stuff like this. Not ballers or pro athletes - just like finance people or lawyers and stuff.

No sympathy for these clowns especially if you're not rich. No ones forcing you to buy expensive meals, pay for flights, clothes, etc. If a chick can't be an adult and pay for her own stuff (or worse - EXPECTS you to pay for all her stuff) - it's SO easy to spot and drop her.

Her friend was awful. I think that resonates with folks, because I'm sure there's either someone in your inner-circle or someone you know who is just as superficial. She's getting on Van for her career and life when ol' girl is nothing but a sidepiece escort. That lifestyle is not sustainable and the bottom will fall out sooner or later. I mean, the pure pettiness/superficiality of snapping pics of ur food for the "gram" when you just had a big fight moments before is where some people are at in society

I did feel some type of way watching the initial moments of the restaurant scene w/ the wine. The way ol' girl was doing Van is EXACTLY what she was doing to Earn in Ep. 3. What goes around, comes around.

Also, for all the negatives that Van has towards Earn, he is a good dad.
