George Bush finally step my day up?

I just heard from my pops that in a couple months George bush is going to be giving everybody in america 300 dollars to go out and buy something. I guess theeconomy is starting to decline so he wants everybody to buy something to fix it up. quick 300 bills going towards a new laptop.

Not everyone is going to get money. If your pops claims you as a dependent, you aint gettin nuttin.

How is it awesome?

That money will come from the Federal government borrowing from the FED with interest and 5 years from now they'll raise taxes in order to pay it back.

There's nothing good about it.
 
This topic arose in my economics class yesterday..The money is coming from taxpayers and we are essentially borrowing money from ourselves...The money may begood right now, but in the long run the U.S. economy will still be hurtin'.
 
Actually, I think even if your parents didn't claim you but you CAN be claimed you still won't get it
