the thing about the top tier graduate schools is that will normally ask about post graduate experience.I'm 22 now and turning 23 this January. I manage basically the whole pharmacy, the owner and the pharmacist you could say are above me. Since I've been working I've been able to increase the business about 25% in sales. When I would look into adding more things to the store such as passport photos and recently today I decided to install a fax machine, I would just have to confirm with the owner if it's a good idea or not. The only hard part is gaining customers to increase prescriptions.
Oh and I have about 1.5 years until I finish my undergrad. I just recently transferred schools so I start this January/February.
I'm not sure how it will work in your case... But normally they don't..
1. Start researching schools that have strong healthcare MBAs. Then, contact them and ask how does your current work experience fit into the equation even though you're not a graduate yet
2. Rarely is it a good idea to jump right into an MBA program right out of college. Your situation might be different because you're managing people...
But people tend to want at least 2 years of exp after undergrad
3. Focus on keeping that GPA high. Higher GPA allows you room for error on the GMAT.
You'll get all the recommendatiom letters and what not... That's easy.
