Lol stitching is inconsistent on real pairs, clear rubber

Ages, NONE of what you judge on retail pairs is a

Absolute to judge on because of da variables on each

Pair..it just aint no matter how much u wanna push

That sorry excuse weak **** way to judge.

Mind you we're talking STRICTLY DS pairs...what

About VDS pairs that were worn huh? All that **** you

Bout goes out da ******g window & you know it. So

Stop feeling like you can judge pairs based on those

Shaky metrics cuz its HIGHLY unreliable.

Here is another example of everything that is wrong with grey market fake shoes. http://niketalk.com/t/534267/lc-jordan-xi-space-jams

There are soooo many things wrong with this shoe that it's not even funny. Maybe you can't see it, or choose to ignore it, but the rest of us that know what we're lookin at, those look terrible. A typical representation of what you can expect from these fake shoe makers.

Not gonna lie, you're writing style is so broken it's hard to understand what you're even trying to say. That last post is pretty bad....what? If you're attempting to convey that I can't tell a grey market sneaker once it's been worn and the sole is starting to yellow, then you're playing yourself. How about the terrible shape? What about the off center patent seams? Why the hell is the left shoe so damn misshapen around the ankle area? And you say that legit pairs from FTL have bad stitching and other quality issues. My point is that SEVERAL quality issues commonly occur on these grey market sneakers. They slap these joints together all sloppily, and it shows.

You're da only galoof callin em fake :lol

Patent leather cut too high? My 2001 pair of black

& red have da same cut..its WIDELY known that

Da cut of XI's vary greatly even from da same year...

Try again b. Cuz its getting sad on ur end :lol :{

Lol...first off the only one sad in here is you...because you're the only one defending these terrible fakes. I'm NOT the only calling them fake. Maybe you can't read, IDK...but pretty much everyone in here says they're fake. Actually, I'll just say you do what you always do, IGNORE it. The truth is there, whether you like it or not. Funny how you bring up just the patent cut, even though it's wrong as hell when compared to 2009 pairs which they are claiming to be. And patent cuts do NOT vary from the same year. They vary from different years, but not the same one. And if they do, its miniscule...not BLATANTLY wrong like these pairs.  And you IGNORE (as usual) the fact that I mentioned that the seam in the back is so far off center its laughable...ON BOTH SHOES. Hilarious...they effed it up on both shoes. And the jumpman with the ball getting sucked into the seam of the sockliner. You really like the shape of the ankle on that left shoe? LOLOLOL....its as fat as a snowboard boot. What happened there? LOLOLOL. Go ahead and tell us that you'd be happy with that pair. We'll believe you, then keep laughing.

NO ONE is in consensus about whats going on

With these grey market pairs..stop gassing, cuz

If that was da case da mod would've already came

To a conclusion & lock corresponding threads accordingly.

Da jury is still out on whats going on, cuz whether

You wanna hear it or not, all these pairs have identical material right down to da carbon fiber.

U cant even apply how u judge em on a VDS pair :lol

I can't? I already told you how I, and everyone else in here can. It's obvious.

All the things I mentioned wrong with that pair will still be wrong after the sole yellows.

Da only way to remove ALL doubt is to ask for a

Receipt or else retail pairs are identical to da grey

Market/unauthorized pairs...thats da reality we're

In today folks..deal with it or find another hobby.

Identical to you...BLATANTLY fake to the rest of us. As someone else mentioned earlier, it's getting easier and easier to spot because the same issues keep showing up. And I do deal with it, just differently than you. I just avoid the fake pairs. Simple as that. No need to find a new hobby.

Son.....my 2 pair of store bought XI's from champs aint even cut da same..u just flappin ur gums >D

Everyone else? Ask for store receipts if your super

Anal, otherwise accept da new normal.

LOL....prove it son. Post a pic of both shoes from the back. All four shoe heels lined up in one picture. That's what I though...you won't because you'll look stupider.
laugh.gif

I don't need a receipt. I can tell just by looking at the shoes. And to all the people that are new to the game and can't tell by looking...all you have to do is read the production tags and the entire story is right there. That's another thing they STILL can't get right.

You don't necessarily need the super piss yellowing around the pods for it to be authentic '09 Space Jams.  My friend wore his pair once and never took them out of the box again.  There's no piss yellowing around the traction pods.  Instead, it's just an even "light" yellowing across the entirety of the soles.

When you go and buy them now off of Ebay or whatever, however, you definitely wanna get one with the piss yellow surrounding the pods.  With the lighting of photos you can't judge slight yellow--you need an obvious sign of aging.

Ninja's sorta got a point (about the yellowing soles that is)... in a few years those unauthorized pairs will yellow just like the authentics, and not all of them have super high patent leather cuts.  If people wanna buy authentic '09's, they should probably do it now and not 1.5 years or more from now.

Edit--applies to those unauthorized Cool Greys and Concords too.  Those soles are gonna yellow sooner or later and it's gonna get hard to tell.  I've been duped with a unauthorized Concords before.  Aside from the yellowing, the other differences are so slight you couldn't tell between the two unless you put them side by side.  Put them against my legit Concords and I knew pretty quick, but not everyone is gonna have this luxury.

da point im trying to DRILL INTO YA HEADS is authentic pairs and unauthorized pairs are 1 in da same, da problem is these factories where

REAL ones are made have been compromised by corruption so now those fellas are just cranking out as many pairs as they wish. totally

and void of ethics but it doesn't make da actual product fake.

Da sad thing ya rather bash my writing style then

To tackle da issues... Fools :{ :lol

yea but these "fake" pairs are icy as hell and have blue tint

when they released in 09 they didnt have blue tint..

i get what your saying but yea

Truth.  I'd the say material quality between the unauthorized I had and my legit pair were pretty much equal.  Felt like the air unit was inflated in the unauthorized too.

The main differences were the box, shield, sole (the unauthorized were not as transparent, slightly more opaque), and the grain on the leather at the heel (not cut as neatly on the unauthorized).  The problem is I suspect these seem same differences can also be seen between authentic pairs lawls.

Edit--many grey market pairs still have skyscraper high patent leather cuts at the heel, and those are very obvious.

i get what your saying but yea
they got blue tint cuz all da clear bottoms from da factories from da recent retros have blue tint, looks like they're cranking em out whenever they

want hence why they're icy blue fresh out da box in 2013 from a pair of kicks from 2009 but guess what?...they're gonna age..then what?

they're da exact same materials, 100% identical...so they're indistinguishable other then age. and if thats da only way

to tell then i ain't subscribing to da idea that "older yellow" pairs are better then fresh icy pairs, cuz they're not.

da problem is too over our heads to do anything about it to be honest, da powers that be have control over making authentic pairs whenever

they want...da notion of retro molds just chilling idle at factories for years is done... they churning em out whenever they want now.

this is da new normal.

EXACTLY...you FAIL yet again. I told you this would happen. The difference in patent cut is MINISCULE (look it up if you don't know) just like I said it would be. LOL you have to get really close to see the difference in your pairs. The patent cut on the grey markets can be spotted from across a room. You can chalk it up to slight, barely noticeable variation in quality control on your pairs. UNLIKE the grey pairs where the patent cut is like half an inch higher, not a millimeter when comparing it to legit pairs. So everything I said is still true, and not BS. Maybe no 2 sneakers are identical considering JB quality, but they aren't blatantly cut wrong so you can see it from across the room. Try again "B".
laugh.gif

Oh...and BTW...this is the difference in patent cut. Not your pair thats pretty much the same. Yours are practically identical.

now THATS a difference in patent cut. check the seam in the back, then check the proximity of the jumpan foot to the cut. LOLOLOL.

Another obvious example Left is real, right is fake. Check the seams on the heel.

ALSO....notice how far off center the seam is on the right shoe of the fake pair. THIS IS THE PHOTO MODEL. The best one they could get, and that seem is still laughably off center. That seem is soooooo far to the right. Again, this is the pair they used for their PROMO pics. LOLOLOL. Their best pair.

exactly, as shown by my pairs which were both STORE BOUGHT mind you.

ya gotta remember that china isn't exactly da shining example of integrity when it comes to protecting brands that are of US origin.

ya just gonna have to deal with da fact that XI's are no longer gonna be a "rare" sneaker....since these chinese factories basically got da green light

to keep producing da ones from 2009 under da table for da highest bidder...sucks for people getting into collecting now but *shrugs* if you're

just gonna wear em then it doesn't matter at all.

my pairs weren't da WORST i seen when every one were showing pics of their pickup in 2009...differences vary GREATLY.

look at da CDP black and red pairs..those have WILD differences in da patent leather cut. FACE IT, thats NOT a good indicator of knowing

whether a pair is legit or not. stop feeding people propaganda..its disgusting.

to da carbon fiber. thats facts.

^^^THAT is a fake XI, which are called "perfect XI" because they look good, but da carbon fiber isn't real, its plastic..unauthorized pairs BLOW THESE
