I'm not sure about the release date but it's on the net. It's in English so you don't have to worry about subs.

There's a statue of lil homie outside the Shibuya train stop @ Shibuya crossing in Tokyo...

...when I lived over there we used to get drunk by the statue before we jumped on the train to go out.
