Former Disney Star Kyle Massey Sued For Sexual Misconduct With Minor

Former Disney star Kyle Massey is being sued by a 13-year-old girl who claims he sent her sexually explicit photos and video which allegedly include shots of his erect penis.

The girl claims in the lawsuit she and her mom met the "That's So Raven" star at Universal City back in 2009 when she was just 4 years old. She says Massey maintained contact with her and held himself out as a father figure.

The girl says she had long been interested in pursuing an entertainment career and hoped Kyle would help.

She claims in December he spoke with the mother and invited the child to fly out to L.A. where he would take care of her and help get her an agent. He said the girl could stay with him and his girlfriend.

The girl and her mom claim days later, Massey began sending the girl "numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos" including "a Snapchat image of Massey holding his penis with a corresponding text message that reads 'LOL/Just me messing with u LOL.'" She also claims he sent her video of his erect penis.

The girl is suing for at least $1.5 million.

We reached out to Massey's rep ... so far, no word back.

JetBlue Pilots Accused Of Drugging, Raping Crew Members In Puerto Rico

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019...used-drugging-raping-crew-members-puerto-rico

Two male JetBlue pilots have been accused of drugging three female crew members and raping two of them during a layover in Puerto Rico.

The lawsuit, filed in the Eastern District of New York against the pilots and the airline, alleges that the three female crew members checked into the InterContinental Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on or about May 9 - after which they "arrived at the beach, found some chairs and set up camp," when they noticed two men - pilots Dan Watson and Eric Johnson. The pilots allegedly handed the women an open beer from a lunch bag, which they shared, and now say was laced with a drug.

The next thing the "Jane Doe #1" says she remembers "in a haze from being drugged," is Johnson raping her. She also claims she remembers the pilot raping one of the other women, before saying "thank you for making my fantasy come true."

The other woman, "Jane Doe #2" corroborates the account in the complaint.

Upon returning to the United States, "Jane Doe #1" went to the hospital to report that she had been drugged and sexually assaulted, where they gave her medication to help prevent potential STDs. Despite that, she had contracted the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), which she claims she could have only contracted from Johnson after previously testing STD-free.

The stewardess then reported the alleged incident to JetBlue - which took no corrective action, according to the lawsuit. As a result, they are now being sued for engaging in "unlawful employment practices" by allowing "sex discrimination, gender discrimination and a hostile work environment."

The women have demanded a trial by jury, and are seeking unspecified damages.

Professor Accused of Touching Student While Watching Steamy Flick Sues Victim

An ousted Princeton professor who was accused of getting handsy with a 25-year-old student is targeting her again in a new lawsuit — by trying to force her to appear in person at a hearing about his behavior.

Former electrical-engineering professor Sergio Verdu, 60, was fired from the Ivy League school in September for breaking its rules against consensual relationships with students.

The move came a year after the school also found he’d violated its sexual-misconduct policy, following accusations from grad student Yeohee Im that he twice invited her to his place to watch movies alone then touched her inappropriately.

At the first meet-up, she said he invited her to watch erotic thriller “The Handmaiden,” during which she says he put his arm around her and asked if she had a boyfriend, according to a Title IX complaint published by HuffPost.

A week later, she says, he invited her to watch another film by the same director, adding in a text, “please call me Sergio,” along with a blushing emoji.

At that screening, she says he “made a joke” about a sex scene and “wrapped” his arm around her shoulders while “softly brushing his hand up and down.”

When she spilled some wine on her shirt, she says, he insisted on cleaning it off, putting his hand up her shirt.

Afterward, she sent him an e-mail saying he’d made her uncomfortable and she wanted to “set some boundaries,” to which he agreed.

When Im came forward with her allegations, the school’s Title IX panel found Verdu guilty of sexual harassment — and later booted him for violating its policies by having a relationship with another grad student.

Now he’s facing ouster from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Verdu filed suit against the organization in Manhattan Monday, saying that allowing Im to testify over the telephone instead of in person denied him “the crucial right to confront his accuser.”

He wants the court to block the institute from holding a hearing unless Im attends.

“Having Ms. Im appear in person will . . . ensure that Ms. Im follows the procedures that are in place, is not coached in her answers and does not engage in surreptitious recording,” said his lawyer, Andrew Miltenberg.

Im did not return calls and the IEEE declined to comment.

Irish Police Investigating Conor McGregor Over Sex Assault Accusation

DUBLIN — Conor McGregor, the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s biggest star and one of the world’s highest-paid athletes, is under investigation in Ireland after a woman accused him of sexual assault in December, according to four people familiar with the investigation.

McGregor has not been charged with a crime. Following the usual protocol in criminal investigations in Ireland and much of Europe, where a formal charge does not necessarily follow an arrest, McGregor was arrested in January, questioned by law enforcement authorities and released pending further investigation, according to the people.

The allegations have not been proven and the fact that an investigation is continuing does not imply that McGregor is guilty of a crime. A lawyer for McGregor in Dublin did not respond to messages seeking comment.

He has only fought once since 2016, a bout in October that he lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov, and has previously announced a retirement, only to come back.

The woman making the allegation said it occurred at the Beacon Hotel, an establishment attached to a business park on the edge of Dublin. There is little to suggest it would be a haunt for one of Ireland’s best-known sports figures, a multimillionaire with a loyal, global fan base. McGregor is an occasional guest there, usually booking its sole penthouse room, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. The last and most recent visit occurred in December.

Irish news media have reported on the case since news of the assault first broke late last year, but without naming McGregor. Laws in Ireland restrict the news media from identifying individuals charged with rape unless they are convicted, which has not happened in this case. News outlets reporting the identity of a suspect before a charge is brought often face costly libel and breach of privacy lawsuits in Ireland. Publication after a charge is filed could lead to a more serious contempt of court indictment.

A spokesman for Ireland’s police service, known as the Gardai, would not confirm if McGregor is the suspect. In response to a request for comment related to an “unnamed sportsman,” it said a man had been arrested on Jan. 17 and released without charge while investigations continue. A file had been sent to the national prosecutor’s office for consideration, it added.

McGregor and the U.F.C. have not commented on the allegations. Karen J. Kessler, a publicist for McGregor based in New Jersey, said he was often the subject of rumors, but would not directly address the validity of the allegation. “We don’t comment on rumors,” she said.

The Beacon is about a 25-minute drive from Crumlin, the working-class South Dublin neighborhood where McGregor grew up. Its typical guests are white-collar workers tied to the financial services or technology companies that have recently relocated to the area. Still, people familiar with the hotel operations, speaking on condition of anonymity, said McGregor had visited before the night the police say the incident took place. He booked the hotel’s penthouse, the only two-room suite in the facility.

The police investigating the attack retrieved evidence from the room McGregor stayed in and have also secured closed-circuit camera footage, according to a person with knowledge of the investigation.

The limitations on naming suspects and McGregor’s wealth — he made an estimated $99 million last year, according to Forbes — have created an unusual dynamic in an era when celebrity scandals are usually the subject of fervent media scrutiny. An investigation into Cristiano Ronaldo’s involvement in a sexual assault, reported to the police in Las Vegas in 2009, has become an international spectacle.

In the McGregor case, some newsrooms in Ireland have barred employees at meetings from even mentioning his name in connection with the case. Managers have asked staff members to refer to him as the “famous sportsman,” according to a journalist at one of Ireland’s national newspapers.

An internal memo from the broadcaster RTE leaked into the public domain after his arrest.

The document, which appears to be the schedule for a morning radio show, was stamped “not for publication/broadcast” in capital letters and was printed on Jan. 18. It explained that McGregor had presented himself at a police station at 5 p.m. a day earlier. On the morning the memo was printed, RTE news bulletins included the story of the man being questioned but did not name him. RTE declined to comment.

The document is one of many messages linked to the case that have been spread widely on social media, via messaging applications as well as internet forums.

McGregor shot to wider fame in 2017 when he participated in one of the most lucrative boxing matches ever, losing to the undefeated champion, Floyd Mayweather Jr.

He has also been in the headlines for the wrong reasons, courting controversy since he rose to prominence four years ago. In July, he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, after he threw a dolly at a bus during a promotional appearance at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Two fighters were injured by shattered glass.

In January, McGregor was suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission from fighting for six months and fined $50,000 for his role in a brawl that took place after his defeat to Nurmagomedov in October. Nurmagomedov was barred for nine months and fined $500,000 for his role in the melee.

On March 11, McGregor was arrested in Miami Beach and charged with robbery and criminal mischief after he was accused of stealing a cellphone from someone trying to take his picture. His lawyer described the altercation as minor and said McGregor, who was released after posting bail, would cooperate with the police.

This thread is going to get bigger and uglier as the months go by. So many names that we won't even be able to keep up with.

My boy used to work close with the music industry and he swears that it's WAY worse, and i believe it.

I can understand that temporary panic, just hope they can also understand how being made out like some crazy murderer rapist for doing something you were taught as courteous feels.

I'm a tad lost, has there been a streak of women getting raped on elevators?

Or is she fearful of being just physically attacked?

I tend to usually let females off before me with no problem or any hesitation on their part.

There's really no way of being that mindful of every single female's triggers if they're complete strangers. Where do you draw that line between being courteous and considerate of personal space and walking on egg shells in public places to avoid being thought of as a creep?

There's always the option of being an a-hole and killing common courtesy the way chivalry is dead.
