HBO'S "Insecure" [ Created by Issa Rae ► Season III: 2020 ]

Oh yeah  @ the tenant that wanted to get with Issa's gay brother. Not caring he gay talking about her baby father gay.

New World when females start settling for gay dudes.

Not really. If you acknowledge some ppl don't then just put Molly in that group.

I'm not even talking about that. Go back a page or two. It was a straight up hatefest for s3 and it wasnt about the writing or critiquing character choices.

Ppl just straight up agreed the show was trash now and were basically hate watching until the finale except for the love for Lawrence

Oh nah I didn’t see all that.

The show isnt trash by far imo. It’s necessary in the times we live in, but that’s just me.

AIGHT.

So. Molly out of pocket for that comment about Issa wanting drama/complications in her life. SHE IS CORRECT. Messy/complicated situations should not be the norm/acceptable in life. However, the delivery, and the context in which she delivered could only make Issa take it negatively.

Kelly with the comedy as per usual. Condola cool, sex scene with Lawrence at the end reminded me I aint done reverse cow-girl in time. A must fix.

Issa, I'm rooting for for once. Also props for showing big man laying pipe. Im no longer big like that but it felt good to be represented. I still be vex that it took me growing older and slimmer to get confident. I shoulda been that way when I was big too.

Issa’s situatuon is only messy if they make it that way. She doing her thing, home girl is helping and being more supportive than her actual home girl. Issa has shown growth cause this is the type of situation she would have fumbled all the other seasons and missed out on the bag. Don’t let petty stupid stuff make you miss out on hard earned money.

I just got done watching the premiere. Really good episode. I enjoyed the new characters and I'm glad to see that they're continuing the storyline about the block party.

Is it me, or is the storyline with Colanda dating Lawrence being overblown? I'd still work with someone who is dating my ex. You don't have to take a scorched-earth approach.

Molly definitely needs to chill out. She likes to do the hot and cold, "I'm really not that into him thing" and then she gets in her feelings when she finds out that he's dating other people when they've never been official. Didn't they just kiss for the first time? Lol.

Molly is that friend who wants you to do well, but doesn't want you to be doing better than her. The moment Issa started getting her stuff together, Molly started tripping.

Also, how is she gonna call Issa out for being messy when she was the 3rd wheel in a marriage? :rolleyes

AYOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

All the way pause @ push my booty button.

:smh: What man says that out loud during sex? :nerd:

Miss this ***** Chad  Son always hilarious.

Look at Molly. All jealous of a friendship while she **** up her relationship.

Molly deserves to take an ultimate L. Molly rips defeat from the jaws of victory everytime.

They ain’t even know each other long and Molly wanna do all that deep talking :lol :{ ...she was saying no yambs, I woulda dipped too

Why does it feel like Molly is gonna end up losing her high profile job.

Filler episode but seems like Lawrence and Issa are gonna get back together.

- Glad they brought Lawrence's friends back. Those two dudes always bring it. Chad is hilarious!

- I think that Lawrence is overreacting to Issa mentioning him to Candola. If he and Issa are on good enough terms to talk like that, I highly doubt that Issa is going to go behind his back and talk trash to his new girl. it is getting kind of obvious that eventually those two will get back together though.

- You can see where the divide between Issa and Molly is beginning. Last episode Molly called Issa out for being messy and now Lisa is calling her out for always finding issues with everything

- I thought that Asian bae just wanted to smash but apparently he is one of those guys who doesn't open up easily. I don't see them lasting

- I either don't understand, don't care or don't remember the drama at Molly's new job. it seems like they haven't talked about this in forever and they're dropping us right back in the middle of her colleague being a **** for some reason.

Makes no sense. He has nothing to hide and Issa looks like the foul one in that story...so why be THAT concerned about being mentioned in convo between his current and his ex? What exactly is he afraid of?

Ain't no way in hell in real life...a sane man would pull up on the EX about it :smh:

Basically Molly needed to establish her position and it came at the expense of her colleague. I think she gave a briefing without dude and there has been tension ever since. Now that Molly apologized dude is going to look at her different.

IDK man. I forget how long they were together but you just never know what could happen when ex’s talk. I wouldn’t want any girl I’m with to talk and to an ex. Never know how they’ve internalized things from when you last talked to now.

Having said that, I’m definitely not going to casually pull up on an ex about it. Only reason to pull up is if you really dun goofed and you got dirt on them that you want to remind them of so they don’t talk.

Lawrence and ole girl only been dating for a few months and still getting to know each other. What Issa may think is harmless info could still be a bad look for Lawrence. Let him and ole girl learn about each other on their own.

Also, when Molly was having her issues with Asian bae she called Issa and Issa couldn't pick up because she was at the concert The show tried to make it seem like that was creating a rift or and showing that Issa wasn't there for Molly when she needed help.

I mean c'mon: these are grown adults in their 30s, this idea that you can call your friend, even your best friend, and literally any point of the day and they should pick up is unrealistic. Grown people have jobs, kids and other obligations. It's unrealistic to expect anyone to be available all the time.
