HELP: how to remove mold from shoes?

Hi guys, these are my mold-stricken Adidas Superstars.... would appreciate any tips on how to remove them?

The problem is bleach o anything like that will damage the shoes. I don't know if those can be saved

Are those beaters collectable or even worth saving?

That said, mix Rubbing Alcohol and water about 50/50 in a sprayer bottle and spray the heck outta those joints. Try the Rubbing Alcohol before the vinegar as it won't smell as bad.

Paint over top of it. The paint fumes will kill the mold.

Or Autoclave. Or disinfectant wipes.

Put em in the freezer in a bag of sliced lemons, cold air kills all the mold and bacteria.
