I mean I drank raw milks as a kid back in Poland but I grew up on a farm for the first 5 years of my life. That was different. I would never do that again.

Milk as a beverage is gross with few exceptions (coffee milk at Olneyville NY System is great).

I use to drink a glass of milk if I was eating something sweet. For the past year plus I stopped drinking milk outside of my morning lattes and I noticed a few changes.
The first is I lost weight. I realized that without the milk I stopped craving sweets.
The second is I have very sensitive skin so I get lots of breakouts. But by not drinking milk, the amount of breakouts I get reduced substantially.
And I don’t buy cheap milk either. I would get the grass fed organic milk from Trader Joe’s.

I can still consume some dairy products like cheese and ice cream.
But like most black people over 30, if I were to consume milk straight up, within 15 mins I would be in the bathroom fighting for my goddamn life.
