I'm generally a true Medium/2.
For TB Made in Italy, I take size 2.
For the Made in Japan sweats, I took size 1 in the pants and size 3 in the hoodie.

It's just a plain white tee - Bayside 2905, I believe. Union made in USA, $6, not high end at all. I mostly buy them because the neck opening minimizes the side gap between my chain and the collar itself, if that makes any sense.
