For air travel, 45. The 55 gets too heavy to lug around. I've since retired my 55 for a janky carry-on suitcase for short trips.

But for road trips and whatnot, 55 all day long.

If your in the middle of 45-55 why not roll with the 50? I have a 50 & not gonna lie sometimes I feel like it’s small but perfect for air travel.
