Wouldn't surprise me, I remember in my early 20s meeting some girls at a club that were really 19 with fake IDs. Felt strange talking to them after finding out even though they were legal age. With apps it's that much easier to lie about your age.

I would get the authorities involved if it's a female. Closer to 13 than 22
