you can unless they stamped your receipt with the all sales final, no returns or exchanges stamp. otherwise they have to accept the return either at the storeof at the least you can call corporate and they have to take it back. ive dealt with a store once that wouldnt accept a return for shoes i bought at anotherstore and i had to call corporate and they said that if the store didnt take them then i could return it via corporate....i eventually just took it back to thestore i bought them at and just returned it there.

That's what I was told by a Nike rep either way release dates never final at HOH, Nike always have shipment errors.
