How does an Admin's Page On NT Look Like?

they have a control panel for the forums to lock, move, delete topics as well as edit buttons on everyones posts to edit the replies or thread titles etc
they can look up someones name on their control panel and ban, suspend, raise post limits etc, nothing special.
