I'll use Sammy at my school as an example. They feel that because they spent up to $1000 in Keystone Light that they are entitled to every girl's hotpocket at the party. They literally get mad if, let's say a GDI like me dances with a smashable chick. They get so mad that they begin to threaten this GDIwith violence or kick him out. Only if those steroid addicts knew that most girls that go out aren't looking for a @!#% but to drink their #%$%# off.

^ MAAAAN where im from when we throw house parties, there are plenty to go around....before I was greek i didnt have any problems with frats getting mad fortalking to a particular girl....

That's how it is here. I've heard the same stories from TKE also. Sammy is known as public school because they give everyone bids No pledge classshould have more than 15 IMO. Their max in the spring is damn near 30

.They've had fights with their own brothers because they didn't know that they belonged to the same house.

I've heard a lot of stories about networking that have come through affiliations with fraternities.

For example, the vice president of my local chapter told me that he had an English class at 6:40 AM with a professor who is a member of the same fraternity. Hewouldn't go to class and his grade was down the drain. He was rushing that semester and found out that the professor was a brother. He went to talked tohim and said he knew the professor was a brother and he was rushing and if there was anyway he could anything to get a B in the class. The professor leanedover and said "Buy me a box of cigars and you got the A".
