I graduate June 5. It's a weird feeling man. Im gonna be attending East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX. I'll be majoring in relegion oreducation and will most likely go to seminary after that. Any east texas folks on here?

June 11th...gotta get through a couple more projects and I'm in the clear.

High School was neither the best nor worst experience I've had, I don't drink or smoke and I wasn't a
big party guy, but definitely had fun playin' ball with people I'd known for 8 years, chillin with friends, playin
video games... Seems like yesterday that I just entered high school, watched Stafford win the state championship..
Maybe it's just me but these past 4 years have flown past, ups and downs aplenty, browsing NT, playing ball,
chillin with friends, finding a great girlfriend this past year... just seems life is zooming by... It feels weird just knowing
that graduation is tomorrow, college is in less than 6 months. I just want life to slow back down a bit... damn..

Sorry for that rambling... but all in all just sayin I graduated and being able to have an opportunity to go to college, I'm lucky
got to thank my dad for pullin me through, and all the close friends I made....

Edit- Well it wasn't so much a high school appreciation as much as it is just a weird feeling that high school is now over for good,
I will be attending UTD not too happy about it... looking to transfer after one year out there if I don't really like it... I've definitely got
a positive outlook towards college, really hoping it sparks my interest as at my high school 3.8 was only good enough for me to be 180
out of 550 students

.... hard to want to study when making anything under a 94 in all AP classes doesn't even put you in the top 10 percent...
Ah.. so theres UTD peeps on NT also.. lol..
I'm goin there next year as well... and I plan to do the same, transfer after next year to somewhere better if I dont like it here..

i totally understand you there... it just went by so quick.. but its exciting.. no doubt about that.
nothing left to do but look back on what we've done and have a

feeling about the whole thing...

I'm graduating May 30th which also happens to be my birthday.

Do you know when we are told what dorm we get? I sent in my housing application during February.

I will admit 85% of the people at my school are whack, but get to that other 15% they are just some pretty regular dudes. And our stadium is not amazing inanyway, it was built in the mid 70's and is a concrete heat box, only thing updated is the actual playing surface.

Hey, Chris, you going to commute up there or what? I'm stayin in the new dorm type thing theyre building, so I can save gas money and it sounds like therooms are going to be really nice... Hoping to find that theres a regular hoop game going on at the gym nightly...

Graduating on June 25th.

Going to UMass Amherst in tha fall.

I was sitting in my bs economics class today thinking about how #%$@ is coming to end. But its jus the end of the beginning..

nah.. I'm actually planning to stay in the apartments.. i prefer them over the dorms honestly.... 2 bathrooms.. kitchen, washer, dryer..
didnt want to drive.. cause commuting 30 miles each way in the morning and afternoon on 75 is no joke...
