Does anyone remember what the deal with these was and what they were referred to as?  Its slipped my mind what they were called.  TIA

That's all I got... 

EDIT ~ Ah. Apparently, Kakigoori is the Japanese shaved-ice desert... like snow-cones, hence the color-fade.

Lol, much appreciated SinnerP.  I knew they were the shaved ices just couldn't remember the technical term.
