I never bought "the most exciting 2 minutes in sports" thing until i actually got to be there... having like 150,000 people there all going nuts was REDICULOUS... im definitely coming back next year

Naw man i live in NY but i was flown down here by Levy Restaurants as an Intern as a Beverage Manager out in Marquee Village, Trackside Suites, and TrophySuites.... i had access to anywhere on property except for Turf Club and Matt Wynn...

I went back to my hotel and got sloppy drunk after derby... ive worked crazy hours this week but everything that happened yesterday made it all worth it

I was up in Millionaire's Row and Sky Suites for the race and for about an hour after it... all those places up there are

The owner of 8 Bells was up in Sky 5 and he refused to pay for the drinks he had ordered after they put his horse down... dude was going crazy

I guess derby isnt such a big deal since I only live an hour or so away. never have gotten all the hype for it.
