But I need your help, NT.
Recommend ONE book.
I will update the post daily with my thoughts.
June 27
I just finished reading this and wow. The entire book was great from beginning to end. I love how the author uses the interplay of innocence andexperience between the son and father throughout. It was great seeing the boy grow to be a man, but always true to his father. The father was the same way. Henever gave up on his son and always kept pushing on, fighting, searching for more, for a better life. He never was overcome by any savage thoughts or actions, like cannibalism towards his son, and he never got upset at his son. The two characters really played off of each other very well. Both giving each other awill and reason to live. Even in his father's death, the son stayed true to his father.
I can't wait for the movie, which is set to be out in October.
On to "The Color Purple". It's quite funny because I'm going to see the play next week
