Haven't read the whole thread, but I know there's probably a bunch of tards defending the actions of Chris Brown in here.

If those pictures are any indication of even some of what went on, then that girl needs to press charges quick and not let this punk slide

Sad to see that he went THAT far, but IDK...I'd still like to know exactly WHAT caused that. Entertainment weekly said she apparently threw the firstpunch...

BUT, hopefully his career isn't over. I mean, damn....everybody gave MJ and R.Kelly a pass, and he gets ousted already? Hell, one likes little boys, andthe other likes peeing on 13-yr old girls, and everybody still supported the !$*+ out of both of them.

I read somewhere that because of the picture getting leaked.....CBrezzy might get off with no charges on him. The reason is that he wouldn't get a fairtrial.

The reasons are:

1. The picture was a part of state evidence and TMZ illegally obtained the pic which screws up the prosecution's case against Chris.
2. Just about everyone has seen the picture. Because of that the potential jurors would automatically side with Rihanna instead of listening to both sides ofthe story.

If Rhianna is still worried about how Chris Brown is doing then more than likely dude wouldn't even have a trial.....and even if he were to be served atrial anyway by a family member or close associate of Rhianna's more than likely Rhianna probably wouldn't testify against him anyway.

If this is the case, then I would assume TMZ would get sued up their #%$% by rihanna and her party.

That's true, but at trial that would be their first time seeing the picture. Since the people have seen the picture this soon, they alreadyhave their opinions about the situation without listening to each side's arguments.

IDK...hindsight is 20/20. There's a lot of things people say they'd never do, BUT ...have never been confronted with a situation when their temper gotthe best of them. I've "heard" (like everyone else) that she gave him herpes, threw the first punch, scratched his car the hell up, etc,etc....now, if ANY of that happened to me, who knows what I'd do?
