Interesting development. Does Mr. Obama qualify to be President?

Well, according to this link above, Mr. Obama doesn't. 

According to Law in the Constitution's requirement in Article 2, § 1, clause 5; and the law of Nations, Mr. Obama will have to prove he is a "natural born citizen".  But his Father is a British citizen and you need both parents to be U.S. Citizens. 

Just read the link that says, "Notice and Demand for action to secure a writ of warranto".  Its a letter to the attorney general.  Letter explains everything with references to the Law.  http://teamlaw.net/cases/QW-Obama.pdf

There has been other court cases where someone have challenge Mr. Obama's citizenship, but those were thrown out due to wrong venue(court) or improper timing(didn't go threw proper administrative procedures).  Lets see how this one turns out. 
 
I thought that if you were a natural born citizen, it didn't matter whether or not your parents were citizens ...

Yup, this is all just one big conspiracy.  Democrats AND Republicans got together and devised a plan years in the making to let a guy take office who isn't even eligible to be President.  This all started back in Kenya.  And throughout his life, everyone has been in on the fix, from government officials in Hawaii to faculty at Harvard .  And the goal of this grand conspiracy was for him to become President and then run the U.S. into the ground, legalize gay marriage and make Islam the official religion of America.  
 
You don't need both parents to be citizens if you were born in the US
 
am i the only one who remembers when Orrin Hatch proposed a constitutional amendment that would let Arnold Schwarzenegger run for president?

i mean i know it didn't pass, but why was that ok? cause he's white? republicans are so ***-backwards.
 
Pretty sure if your born here , it doesn't matter where your parents are from.

as long as YOU were born in the USA
 
Newzlew-Well if you read the letter to the Attorney General, the Supreme Court have always interpeted the phase "natural born citizen" by having both parents U.S. citizen.  Remember, this is to hold office. 

Ace--One needs only to research and verify the Law that is stated in the letter to the Attorney General. 

Mr. Obama probably knows he isn't eligable to be President when he has acknowlegded the question about the two parents.

Sad but not surprised ppl don't know these common facts. Making up imaginary laws as they go and redefining labels to suit their agenda.

You don't need your parents to be Americans or citizens to be president. Fools out here digging up grandfather clauses and other Jim Crow nonsense to pursue such an insipidly stupid agenda.
 
Haven't they questioned his citizenship enough already? Im sure dude wouldn't be elected president TWICE and still not an eligible candidate for presidency...
