Well, according to this link above, Mr. Obama doesn't.
According to Law in the Constitution's requirement in Article 2, § 1, clause 5; and the law of Nations, Mr. Obama will have to prove he is a "natural born citizen". But his Father is a British citizen and you need both parents to be U.S. Citizens.
Just read the link that says, "Notice and Demand for action to secure a writ of warranto". Its a letter to the attorney general. Letter explains everything with references to the Law. http://teamlaw.net/cases/QW-Obama.pdf
There has been other court cases where someone have challenge Mr. Obama's citizenship, but those were thrown out due to wrong venue(court) or improper timing(didn't go threw proper administrative procedures). Lets see how this one turns out.
