And you read the print saying your phone is connected to a power device and connected to wifi? Have you tried plugging in your phone to your charger and then try syncing? Works fine for me and have had since last week.

Yeah i've plugged it in multiple times into the charger hooked up to my wall outlet and its still grayed out. The problem is in itunes, when i have my phone plugged into my laptop and clicking my phone in itunes under options theirs no sync itunes over wifi option like i've seen in videos on youtube. Theirs no option to select that which makes no sense at all.

did you enable it from iTunes itself?

That's my problem, i don't have the option to enable it in itunes. Under settings theirs no box to check or uncheck since the option isn't there.

iOS 5 is nice but it sucks we cant put newsstand in a folder. I won't be using it at all.

i have 2 3GS'. one has a screen that's got more cracking than my CDP III's, so i just use it as the ipod hookup in the car. updated it to iOS5, and it didn't carry over my pics. i'm worried if i update my normal device it won't bring over all my n00dz.

you don't understand, i've burned bridges and there's zero chance i'll be able to re-up on these.

edit : if it says like 9 hours to DL, cancel it and start over. took 19 minutes.

I just lost some beautiful pictures, whatever you do make sure you back up your pictures prior.

I got the same error with my 4.  I'll tell you like the other NTers told me.... just keep trying. I finally got it to work after I rebooted my computer and phone.

For those with the (3200) error. Plug your phone into Itunes, then put it into airplane mode and then update. it worked for two of my iphones today.

i backed up with success... and was able to update with success as well. all n00dz saved.
