You get those in the mail.

The USPS Mail.

Email CFA and tell them you never got yours, they will look out

I’ve been a bunch of times since they opened near me the past year, haven’t tried a regular chicken sandwich yet though

Wonder if it’s worth not getting a spicy one of these days :nerd::nerd:

I think Chic-Fil-A is amazing. Easily top three for me.

Chic-Fil-A sandwich, large fries, and Chic-Fil-A sauce.

Sucks I no longer live 5 minutes away from one lol.
Realized that I'm back to living 5 minutes away from a CFA.

That may be the move for dinner tonight.

Had someone's fries yesterday, reminds me. Slightly "well-done" needs to be requested for CFA's fries. They can get a little flimsy at times, not enough crisp

Regarding the new Rewards System, they give you 10 points for every $1.00 you spend and now have a tiered Reward Cashout

I am curious if this is screwing us or if it's helping us because the algorithm for their original Rewards System was never quite discovered

I see that a Medium Fries= 200 points while a Sandwich= 500 points and a Spicy Sandwich= 550

This seem off to anyone? I have 314 points in the bank right now, I'm assuming they transferred my existing credit that I had before the update

You can ask them to make what you want. They are trained to never say No
this is false
i asked them to sample the damn ice cream lemonade
they said the couldnt
i just want a lil in a water cup
to see whether its worth getting or not
idk their customer service aint all that
and they be tryna skimp on the sauces
i be like let me get 3 of everything
they be like we cant
i may send a letter
to corporate
that im not getting the excellent customer service
that i keep hearing about

Sounds much better

I spend $25 each time so basically two trips I get a free sandwich

Its better because you get more options to choose to redeem the points for.

that too minus now im reset to 0 when.

seemed like the more rewards you earned, the slower the meter would fill up.

I remember it took me more than a few orders to fill it up especially after redeeming for a sandwich. I don't go that often to fully utilize it. I have a reward waiting I prob won't even get to use just like last time since I don't have an easily accessible location
