Always check your receipts. I got two in a row that ask you to complete a survey for a free sandwich (original or spicy)

I also have enough points for a free sandwich

Don't care how much money I end up making in life, free food always feels satisfying and I'll fill out as many surveys as they'll let me
I miss the good ole days where there was a survey on every receipt

If you wanna get technical about it CFA uses a vinegar brine before any buttermilk soak.

You just making fried chicken sandwiches, b. Ain't no shame in that though.

If he doesn’t take pictures of the finish product is safe to assume it was a failure?

Cause I really wanna see pics.
To play devil's advocate, I posted a pic of a porterhouse in the food thread yesterday but didn't follow-up with finished product pics because I saw posts about it being National Pizza Day and got a sudden craving.

Also it's really not all that hard to make fried chicken look good (or taste good, for that matter). It's not really a high-skill dish, just takes time if you wanna do it proper.

Nevertheless, will post pics of the steak in the food thread tonight after I finally cook it.

Uneven breading on the chicken.
Cheese not melted.
Cheese sucks on fried chicken sandwiches as is.
Might as well just leave out the lettuce if you’re just gonna use one leaf.
Not that lettuce helps the sandwich, anyways.
No pickles or sauce to be seen.

0/10. A failure on all fronts.
