Is Willis Tower (Sears Tower) gonna be hit by a 9/11-esque attack soon?

I've been reading about it and it's basically saying how the dude that owned the WTC (Larry Silverstein) is the same dude that owns the Willis Tower.
He put insurance on the twin towers 7 weeks before 9/11 happened and he recently put insurance on the Willis Tower.
It talks about how the mayor of Chicago is going to the Bahamas and Oprah is taking her audience to Australia around the same time.
Says something about World Trade Center = Willis Tower-Chicago and some more stuff.
If this happens, should we start believing the conspiracy theories?

Yeah, at that point it would be too obvious of a coincidence...if it happens.

That's actually an interesting theory, but no there's no gonna be an attack.  
 
sounds probable. Does it need renovating? is it outdated? The simple solution is get the Gov't backing, get terrorism involved, and get paid via insurance handouts. It's worked before. He banked millions on the WTC attacks, why does he want the Sears Tower destroyed?
