House...and it's a fairly new central air unit..

he's right, everyone should invest in high efficiency central unit.  expensive at first but with tax deductions, a loan from the pud, and a low energy bill its worth it

AC is always on, and set to 73-75. Those high-efficient central units are nice, although it was around 6k, it's def. appreciated.
