I don't know, this idea.
This peice, looks, amateurish.
the batman on the bottom.
the way it sharpens on the ends.

Good for a brain storm,
or a prototype,
but. Not so much getting a high off this design.

but , I do like. How alot of action, is in one place.
the lines, the curves. And the symetrical lineage.
good one, buuut. Need's work.

I tried to extract some elements can be used from the bat, for example, his wings and bones ..
Such this structure coats on the upper, I think there should still be able to feel some images of bat.
