If someone is SENT to NXT, from Raw, would that be viewed as a demotion?

When someone is called UP from NXT to RAW, do they continue to get paid as developmental talent?

Yall like playing dumb when it is convenient .

Main roster dude wishing for a D-League title and yall see no harm in that.

Really wish Lashley/Finn was just 3 minutes of Lashley tossing him around, Powerbombing him, then hitting the Spear and moving on. But "THE DEMON" gives Finn superhuman strength or something so whatever.
