This is Mayer's best album. Hopefully on his next run, he follows the same format and does not go back to that pop crap like in Room for Squares.
That's a common feeling, that Room for Squares was too "pop" And although it doesn't have any of the same blues feel that Continuum had, Istill love listening to it, and his lyrics are just ason that as hisother work.
For me, In Repair, Gravity, Slow Dancing, The Heart of Life, and Waiting on the World to Change are my favorites off the album.
Any John Mayer fans out there, check out the few songs off of the Village Sessions EP. It's got Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, Belief, In Repair, Waitingon the World to Change, I'm gonna find another you, and another song "Good Love is on the Way" all in acoustic, striped down and they'resimply
It's crazy to hear the differences in Slow Dancing in the original electric/blues feel, and then in acoustic, it feels totally different.
Damn, now I gotta listen.
