Jordan 1 Chicago - Reimagined aka Lost and Found - November 19, 2022

I laced them up for a few hours hows this angle of the heel?
Looks better but the heel angle posted in the first round of pics kind of makes me worried. Do authentic pairs have that W look on top of the sock liner? I thought they're supposed to look more like a U. Where is the pair from?

Hey y'all, would you mind helping me with a legit check on these?
Thanks

They look ok but they aren’t suppose to come with those shoe trees, supposed to be paper. I’m not an expert though maybe someone else can chime in.

Same same and same. Ordered my pair from Goat last week, went from confirmed to shipped in a day, coming from HK, arriving via DHL today. I’ve got faith in GOAT to do their thing hence why I ordered through them, but will absolutely be doing my due diligence when the package arrives today.

How much are you dudes paying for these in the resale market?

I personally wouldn't touch those. Shoe trees and no point on the A at the end of China would scare me off.

Having no point in A doesn't mean it's fake.

3 of my retail pairs that I paid resale for have no point

^^ These silly details don’t stay in my head forever but I’m pretty sure we determined the A point is not valid on our size 13s, but valid on smaller sizes.

The shoe trees and the laces being neatly tucked in there make me suspicious. My SNKRS pair has paper and the laces are messily thrown in lol

Also funny how we got to the point that when a shoe has a StockX hangtag, I see it as a red flag 😂
I was at a national basketball tourney a few weeks ago and I saw bois straight playin in Melo’s with StockX tags still on the shoe. Like they runnin down the court and that ho is jus flappin around* :smh:

Any reason to not double up on these right now? I somehow lucked out on a pair from SNKRS but have been going back and forth whether or not to double up. I've always been a 1 to wear, 1 to stare kind of guy so in my head it's obvious but at the same time I can't bring myself to pay almost $500 for another pair. I've even been checking out pre-owned pairs on eBay but even they want $450 BIN + tax + ship.

As much as I don't want to shell out resale for these, at the same time I know the cheapest time to buy them is...now. More than likely they will continue to rise from here and it'll get that much harder to cop eventually to the point of giving up. I know, they happened to me with the 2015's. :smh:

What's making matters worse is I also need to double up on white/cem 3's as well and will have to pay resale for those too. That combined with all these other releases coming out (3 pairs of 1's in the next 4 months that I will prob strike out on) is making the decision that much harder. So what would you guys do in my situation, still double up on the LnF's?

Taxes and fees are what kills it though, now that pair is almost $500. I guess $500 is the floor now.
Pretty much. And it’s not gonna get any better so if anyone really wants these and can do around 500 total they should do it soon.

Do you have a pair of 2015s?

Isn't a straight Chicago retro sometime over the next two years more likely than not?

If so, I'd rather wait for that than shell out $500 for a double up on the Lost and Founds.

Especially if you have a sizable shoe collection and only wear them once or 2 or 3 times a month.
