I mean maybe if you’re selling to someone with the same lack of knowledge. But if you know that they have different labeling in some countries it really shouldn’t be an issue.

Caved in and bought a pair thanks to the KICKSFOR10 ebay discount not expiring until 3:00 AM EST. The white cement 3s being a draw has me worried so I figured I'd grab a pair of these to soften the impending L I'll probably take on those.

353 and some change ain't bad though for a size 13. Many sellers are asking for over 400 after shipping and tax in my size. Thanks to the discount I also paid less for these than my Neutral Grey's back in '21.

the toe box on the 85 models is sooo weird man. it just throws off the whole shoe. very disappointing since neutral greys and black and whites are two OG colors i would have really liked to have in my collection. i prefer the OG/reimagined shape much more tbh

Yea it’s pretty baffling to me how anyone could like the regular high cut over the 85’s, unless you don’t like actual 1985’s. 85 cuts may not be perfect but they are the closest to the actual OG as we’ve ever gotten. I will only buy 1’s in the 85 mold going forward.

It’s kind of hard to buy them in the mold since they play their supply/demand games with them. They should just make all Highs the same mold going forward.

They didn’t play 2013s and remastered mold games in 2015.

I was actually comparing my Obsidian og highs to these today, and the Obs look like counterfeits or a toy shoe compared to the 85’s. It’s almost laughable.

Unfortunately, resell is the only surefire way to get a pair, my friend. And something tells me this is going to be a recurring trend due to how limited they keep these nu '85 releases.

The quality of the real OGs, weren’t great tbt. There was a few sections of synthetic material that didn’t hold up over time like the collar and the swoosh. Didn’t mean for dude to get so defensive, just said wear the shoe like they’re meant…

Yeah it sucks. I'm not paying resell, I try my best to not support the resellers

The only reason I paid resell for my pair is cause I had the GOAT credit. I’m not a huge 1’s guy but an OG color way in the 85 mold was too much to resist, especially one that is so wearable.
