They are a casual short. They feel like Dickies though... kinda like a khaki/cargo short feel to them.

I wouldn't mind a casual short with cement print on it, but not the whole freaking thing. Maybe a cement pocket in the back; maybe cement trim orsomething, but not the whole thing.
