Don't worry. No one who witnessed the 90s has the time to listen to your weak arguments as to why this era is better, so it all works out.
Speak for yourself...todays era is better than any other era in every sport...skill wise.

I agree 100%, people are just too nostalgic....If i didnt know better i would think everybody who suited up in the 90's was a hall of famer.

Every era is better than the last imo, so i dont see why it would stop @ the 90's.

There arent many well rounded big men today because it has basically turned into a guards league.
so because it's a guards league thats the reason big men dont have any post up game?

If you think today's league is more competitive and/or skillful than the late 80's/90s, I want you to post your birthday as well.

skillful? uhm ..NO, players are more versatile, but there are only a few. no player in the paint has any real skill or moves anymore.

Agreed.

There are no Hakeem's.

Versatile? I guess. But I'd take the 1992-1994 Knicks over any team in the NBA right now. And they weren't even the best any of those 3 years.

im not disregarding your opinion or nothin but what would make you take the 92-94 knicks over any current team?  the 93 and 94 knicks were the best of those teams and if they played in todays league half their team would have been ejected over flagrant fouls but aside from that if they let the players play, the 90's knicks wouldn't beat this current heat team,  they wouldn't beat the lakers  remember if they were playin 90's style ball artest would play the enforcer role, and they wouldn't beat a physical celtics team that plays well together either.

i watched those knicks back then and although i was way younger i remember 93 and i remember 94 pretty well, those knicks were a questionable reggie miller flagrant foul call away from losing to indiana in 1994 and going down as even bigger chokers then they were.

if were going off of any team that didn't win a title in the 90's i would say the 97 jazz were the best team that didn't win a title in the 90's and you can make the argument they'd beat any current team in the league but no way the 90's knicks beat the current lakers, heat, or possibly even last years celtics teams.     i got into it with some knick fan on youtube over this argument a while back on some clip he posted of game 7 of the 94 finals and he got mad and resulted to changing the subject after i shut down every argument he had.

maybe the jazz is the best team, but talent wise i'd have to give to either the seattle supersonics or even the orlando magic. the magic only lacked experience, when they lost to the rockets. a very young team, but very talented
