That is 100% how they do it. Lol. When you have to authenticate around 100 pairs of shoes per day for minimum wage, I really doubt they’re putting in that much of an effort.

Just got a chance to try these on. That insole was digging into my arch like crazy. Thankfully it slides right out, no stickiness on the bottom. I swapped the insoles and the fit is good now. Definitely keepers

I think JB f_cked up on these. The medial instep of the shoe juts out hard. I think JB put these insoles in because they have high arch support and it covers up the medial part of the sneaker near the arch. Really uncomfortable. I don’t have any IV’s in the rotation but can’t recall any feeling like this

Im sure that Lightnings and Fire Red 4s used similar insoles. Didn’t have issues with those for myself.

The discomfort just came from being slightly narrow in the toe box. Killed my pinky toes.

My pair “passed” authentication and should be here in a few days.

As long as the fit/insole aren’t significantly different from the University Blues, I think I’ll be okay.

…even though those shoes suck as an all day pair.

Just tried them on and they fit fine…for now.

The real test comes when I wear them for an extended period.

My University Blues do not feel good on feet after about 45 minutes.

What really concerns me is this blemish on the toe box.

Tried washing it off with water and it’s still there. I don’t even know what it is, but there was no mention of it by the seller.

…any idea what it is?
