Looks like Melo's wearing a PE tonight where the nubuck side panel is replaced by hyperfuse.
Might be his playoff kick.

Allstars would be so much nicer if the liner and lace holder are black instead of that pinkish red
I did not get a hot spot, but I felt pain around the side of my toes. The pain went away after a game or so, after breaking the shoe in a bit.
For those of you that ball with these, did anyone else initially get kind of a hot spot above the heel where that extra achilles padding is? Does it go away with break in?
Sounds kind of painful, are you flat footed or do you have an arch?

I do find that the arch of my foot hurts if I am running a bit, such as in a full court game. I think it might be the flight plate piece.
As a note, I went TTS with this shoe, and there is extra room in the toebox. Should have gone down .5 size.
Got a quick look at the Volt M10's this morning, those are an instant buy next week. Just beautiful in person.
I think I'm just going to abandon all other shoes this year and go all in on the m10, I like them the best anyway. I was going to grab a few other Kobe's, but those are firmly on the back-burner.
I thought these felt a little long when I first tried them on, and wondered if I should have sized down. After playing in them about five times they feel good length wise, which is counter intuitive as it was the opposite in this years Lebrons. Perhaps the natural materials shrink a bit after they absorb the sweat from your foot, whereas the fuse and foam stretches out.

Also I sized down an entire size compared to d rose shoes, so that may be why I'm feeling a bit of extra pressure and you didn't.
Someone give this dude a hug.
yo def need 2 warmup da melo shoe before ballin cuz em got so much more amour tacked on than da xx8se. stiffy stiff melos

I like the M10 better.
So I have a question. Are these better than the XX8 SE? I feel like JB is focusing alot of their marketing on these more than the XX8 SE. NCAA players are getting them, I see youtube ads for the M10, etc. It seems like the M10 is getting a huger push.
