Jordan Retro 1 '85 Black/Red Feb 14th 2025

Wouldn’t that be the case for every retro? BC3s and Columbia 11s are selling but they seem to not be brisk movers like in the past.

COVID and Last Dance had the retro game on fire. I was taking Ls left and right.
I see this thinking so often but if they made 20% more of those than they ever have and they disappear within 1-2 mos did they not move like in the past or does it appear they didn’t?

I dunno.

I think what they want to avoid is shelf life and returns.

I don’t follow sneaker releases as close as I used to.

I’m just curious on the advertising dollars versus actual release numbers to see if it’s more of a 40th anniversary thing or reignite the hype by doing the same antics.
Miking these limited pretty much guarantees this won’t happen.. Look at literally every single Travis AJ 1 released lol

I think the high $250 retail price will help offset their revenue lost from not selling additional pairs.

I'm going to be in Chicago on Feb 14th, anyone know if the Nike on Michigan Ave will be worth checking out? If so, what about lines, how early we talking before open?

Best bet will be the SNKRS doing an store reservation.

Hard to imagine all this promo for a limited sneaker release. Stranger things have happened tho!
